Refund and Cancellation Policy
At VisaCheck, we are committed to providing world-class immigration and visa consultancy services. Our agreements are built on trust and transparency. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. General Refund Principles
- Service Initiation: Refund percentages are calculated based on the full-service fee agreed upon, not just the amount paid. Refunds are only applicable if the full fee has been paid without any outstanding balance.
- Tax Component: The total invoice amount includes our consultation fee and applicable government taxes. Please note that the tax component is strictly non-refundable at any stage.
- Early Withdrawal: VisaCheck will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds for early service withdrawal or if a client decides to opt out of the process for personal reasons after the service has commenced.
2. Refund Eligibility & Rejections
In the event of a rejection by Immigration Authorities, a refund may be processed as per the specific clauses in your service agreement, subject to the following:
- Claim Process: The client must fill out the Online Refund Claim Form and provide a copy of the official rejection letter or the rejection stamp on their passport.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 15–45 working days after the submission of the claim form and supporting evidence.
- Exclusions: VisaCheck is not responsible for refunding fees paid to third parties, including assessing bodies, immigration authorities, embassies, high commissions, or VFS Global.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund will be entertained if the permit/visa is rejected due to:
- Failure to attend mandated interviews.
- Failure of medical examinations by the client or their family members.
- Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months).
- Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement as required by the destination country.
- Submission of inaccurate, fake, or deficient documentation.
- Prior violations of any immigration laws by the client or their family.
- Failure to achieve the required scores in English language tests (IELTS/PTE/etc.).
- Late submission of additional documents requested by the consulate.
4. Case Abandonment & Communication
- Abandonment: There is no refund if a client abandons their case within 3 months of registration.
- Non-Communication: Failure to communicate with your assigned consultant for a period of 3 months shall be deemed as abandonment of the case, and no refund will be due.
5. Zero-Tolerance Chargeback Policy
VisaCheck deploys significant employee resources and infrastructure from the moment of registration.
- Chargebacks: We have a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any client who disputes a valid credit card payment will be permanently blacklisted.
- Collections: Any past-due fees will be sent to collections agencies and reported to Credit Reporting Agencies.
- Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
VisaCheck takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. We collect and disclose information solely to conduct our business, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services as authorized under prevailing Privacy Acts.
7. Force Majeure
VisaCheck shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural catastrophes, pandemics, outbreaks, war, terrorism, or malfunctions of utilities and communication services. In such cases, files may be deferred until conditions stabilize.
8. Statutory Disclaimer
VisaCheck is not affiliated with any government authority, embassy, or consulate. We provide expert guidance and advocacy, but the final authority to grant or reject any permit or visa rests solely with the respective government departments of the destination country.
