- Pricing Errors: In the event a service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, VisaCheck reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders. If your payment method has already been charged, a full refund for the incorrect price amount will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations: Your payment is strictly non-refundable in the following instances:

- Client Decisions: If you change your mind, decide to withdraw, or fail to sign and return the service agreement.
- Personal Failures: Failure of medical exams, failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate (less than 3 months old), or failure to prove sufficient funds.
- Legal/Compliance Issues: Submission of fraudulent papers, prior immigration law violations, or late submission of requested documents.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 30 days after the client completes the formal refund request form and provides proof of rejection (if applicable). By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to initiate a chargebackunder any circumstances.
6. Our Products & Services
- Technical Evaluation: We evaluate your profile for a selected country based on a points system. Reports are typically sent within 48 hours of full data submission.
- DIY Kits & Directories: These are downloadable information guides. They are protected by international copyright laws and are for informational use only.
- Shipping Policy: We aim for immediate digital delivery of all downloadable products. In case of technical difficulties, the order will be manually sent to your registered contact details.

10. Force Majeure
VisaCheck is not liable for delays caused by strikes, accidents, acts of war, natural catastrophes, or outages of telecommunications and computer services. Your file may be deferred until situations are under control.
